Co-fondatrice dello Studio, Rossella nasce a Modena nel 1992. Scopre la pole dance nel 2013 ed è amore a prima vista: inizia il suo percorso con le insegnanti Sarah Bello e Luna Alvarez a Modena, presso Female Arts Studio. Nel 2015 partecipa all’Italian Pole Dance Contest e nello stesso anno consegue il diploma di istruttrice nazionale CSEN di pole dance di I livello con il metodo Female Arts Studio. Insegna pole dance da gennaio 2016 a luglio 2017 presso la scuola di danza Paso Adelante di Castelnuovo Rangone. Parallelamente alla carriera di istruttrice, Rossella intraprende gli studi universitari, che completa nel 2017 conseguendo il titolo di infermiera. Nel corso degli anni Rossella accresce la sua formazione attraverso corsi, workshop e seminari, conseguendo attestati e diplomi, tra cui quello di insegnante di Pole Dance II e III Livello.
Presso SPDS tiene corsi di:
Classe 1966, Sandra pratica ginnastica ritmica per 13 anni, partecipando a numerose gare regionali, dopodiché rimane attiva nello sport passando dal windsurf, al nuoto, allo step e all’aerobica, fino ad approdare alla Zumba che praticata per 7 anni e alla Pole Dance, iniziata nel 2015. In questi anni Sandra partecipa a numerosi workshop e corsi di formazione relativi alla Pole Dance e nel 2019 frequenta il corso Csen per insegnanti organizzato da Kiara Key e ottiene il diploma di istruttore di I livello. Negli anni Sandra si mantiene aggiornata frequentando corsi online e in presenza, ottenendo come ultimo diploma quello di Istruttore di Pole Dance II e III Livello CSEN.
Insegna presso SPDS dal 2019, affiancando alla sua carriera da ottico quella di istruttrice di Pole Dance.

Classe 1995, Giorgia intraprende l’attività di pole dancer nel 2016 presso “Lucy pole dance academy”. Nel 2017 conosce Rossella, ne diviene allieva e con lei inizia un percorso di affiancamento per poter diventare insegnante. Nel settembre 2018, Giorgia frequenta il corso istruttori di Pole Dance I livello ACSI gestito da Elisa Boni, superando l’esame nel gennaio 2019 e ottenendo il diploma. Rossella le affida le prime classi, sia di adulti che di Under 18.
Contemporaneamente all’insegnamento presso SPDS, Giorgia ottiene nel 2021 la laurea in Infermieristica.

Stefano nasce a Modena nel 1968. Diplomato perito elettronico, a partire dal 2013 Stefano si dedica al Calisthenics e nel 2014 si avvicina alla pole dance, prima presso Female Arts Studio (Modena) con l’insegnante Valerio Mei e successivamente presso Paso Adelante (Castelnuovo Rangone). Nel 2016 consegue il diploma di istruttore nazionale di pole dance I livello CSEN con il metodo Female Arts Studio e nel 2017 quello di istruttore di Pilates I livello con il metodo FitnessWay; nel 2021 ottiene il diploma istruttore di Pilates II livello. Oltre ad essere uno dei fondatori e un istruttore di SPDS, Stefano negli anni si avvicina al settore agonistico, di cui tutt’ora fa parte, ottenendo numerosi risultati, visualizzabili nella pagina CORSI – SQUADRA AGONISTICA.

Co-founder of the Studio, Rossella was born in Modena in 1992. She discovered pole dance in 2013 and it was love at first sight: she began her journey with teachers Sarah Bello and Luna Alvarez in Modena, at Female Arts Studio. In 2015 she took part in the Italian Pole Dance Contest and in the same year she obtained the diploma of CSEN national pole dance instructor of level I with the Female Arts Studio method. She taught pole dance from January 2016 to July 2017 at the Paso Adelante dance school in Castelnuovo Rangone. Alongside her career as an instructor, Rossella began her university studies, which she completed in 2017 by becoming a nurse. Over the years Rossella increased her training through courses, workshops and seminars, obtaining certificates and diplomas, including that of Pole Dance II and III Level Csen teacher.

Stefano was born in Modena in 1968. Graduated in electronics, starting in 2013 Stefano dedicated himself to Calisthenics and in 2014 he approached pole dance, first at Female Arts Studio (Modena) with the teacher Valerio Mei and subsequently at Paso Adelante (Castelnuovo Rangone). In 2016 he obtained the diploma of national pole dance instructor I level CSEN with the Female Arts Studio method and in 2017 that of Pilates instructor I level with the FitnessWay method; in 2021 he obtained the diploma of Pilates instructor II level. In addition to being one of the founders and an instructor of SPDS, over the years Stefano approached the competitive sector, of which he is still a part, obtaining numerous results, viewable on the COURSES – COMPETITIVE TEAM page.

Born in 1995, Giorgia began her activity as a pole dancer in 2016 at “Lucy pole dance academy”. In 2017 she met Rossella, became her student and began a training path with her to become a teacher. In September 2018, Giorgia attended the ACSI level I Pole Dance instructor course managed by Elisa Boni, passing the exam in January 2019 and obtaining the diploma. Rossella entrusted her with the first classes, both for adults and Under 18s.
At the same time as teaching at SPDS, Giorgia obtained a degree in Nursing in 2021.

Born in 1966, Sandra has practiced rhythmic gymnastics for 13 years, participating in numerous regional competitions, after which she remains active in sports, moving from windsurfing, swimming, step and aerobics, until arriving at Zumba, which she practiced for 7 years, and Pole Dance, which she started in 2015.
