La Pole Dance è una disciplina che unisce forza, eleganza e acrobatica, eseguita su una pertica. Combina elementi di danza e ginnastica, migliorando tono muscolare, flessibilità e coordinazione.
Il Pilates Matwork è un allenamento a corpo libero svolto su tappetino, che migliora postura, forza, flessibilità e controllo del corpo attraverso esercizi mirati e respirazione consapevole.
Il Calisthenics è un allenamento funzionale a corpo libero che migliora forza, resistenza e agilità. Utilizza movimenti naturali e progressivi per sviluppare consapevolezza, controllo e potenza fisica.
L’Exotic Pole è una disciplina che unisce danza sensuale e tecnica sulla pertica. Coinvolge movimenti fluidi, coreografie espressive e uso dei tacchi, migliorando forza, grazia e sicurezza personale.
Pole Conditioning è un allenamento mirato a potenziare forza, resistenza e mobilità specifiche per la pole dance, attraverso esercizi funzionali e tecnici eseguiti a corpo libero e al palo.
Il corso di Flexibility migliora la mobilità articolare, la forza muscolare e la postura, favorendo elasticità, prevenzione degli infortuni e benessere fisico attraverso esercizi mirati e progressivi.

It is a discipline that combines dance with acrobatic gymnastics on the pole; it requires muscular strength, resistance, flexibility and mobility, coordination and fluidity, all elements that you can learn from the very first lesson. This lesson is aimed at people aged 8 and up, WITHOUT AGE LIMITS.
Dedicated classes are planned for children and teenagers.
Clothing: tracksuit or leggings for the first part of the class, top and shorts/culottes for the pole part. In the winter months, foot warmers or heavy socks and back warmers.
The class is 60 minutes long. What to wear: sweats or leggings, t-shirt or tank top. Also bring a towel, water and your own mat.

Class dedicated to intensive stretching and achieving flexibility in the legs, back and shoulders, elements necessary to advance in pole dance.
A flexible body is essential for performing pole tricks and for this reason it is useful for all pole dancers to practice a lot of stretching. During the 60-minute lesson, free body exercises and with the use of equipment will be proposed, to bring your body to the achievement of goals such as the split, bridge, needlescale…
The class can also be attended by those who do not practice pole dancing.

SPDS also offers a competitive program to best prepare athletes for various competitions, from Regionals to World Championships.
Over the years the studio has achieved several results in some of the most important Pole Dance competitions in Italy.
