POLE DANCE

La Pole Dance è una disciplina che unisce forza, eleganza e acrobatica, eseguita su una pertica. Combina elementi di danza e ginnastica, migliorando tono muscolare, flessibilità e coordinazione.

PILATES

Il Pilates Matwork è un allenamento a corpo libero svolto su tappetino, che migliora postura, forza, flessibilità e controllo del corpo attraverso esercizi mirati e respirazione consapevole.

CALISTHENICS

Il Calisthenics è un allenamento funzionale a corpo libero che migliora forza, resistenza e agilità. Utilizza movimenti naturali e progressivi per sviluppare consapevolezza, controllo e potenza fisica.

EXOTIC POLE

L’Exotic Pole è una disciplina che unisce danza sensuale e tecnica sulla pertica. Coinvolge movimenti fluidi, coreografie espressive e uso dei tacchi, migliorando forza, grazia e sicurezza personale.

POLE CONDITIONING

Pole Conditioning è un allenamento mirato a potenziare forza, resistenza e mobilità specifiche per la pole dance, attraverso esercizi funzionali e tecnici eseguiti a corpo libero e al palo.

FLEXIBILITY

Il corso di Flexibility migliora la mobilità articolare, la forza muscolare e la postura, favorendo elasticità, prevenzione degli infortuni e benessere fisico attraverso esercizi mirati e progressivi.

PRACTICE TIME

C'è un saggio in programma e non ti senti preparato? O hai voglia di un po' di allenamento extra? SPDS ti offre l'opportunità di allenarti da solo o con gli amici in completa autonomia! Attenzione! L'istruttore sarà presente, ma non ti seguirà durante l'allenamento, quindi è importante che le figure che provi siano a te note e non pericolose, dato che non c'è assistenza.

LEZIONI PRIVATE E SEMI-PRIVATE

Se non puoi frequentare le lezioni di gruppo perché i tuoi impegni non coincidono con i nostri corsi o preferisci un percorso individuale, SPDS organizza lezioni private e semi-private per tutti i corsi. Puoi concordare direttamente con l'insegnante in base alla tua e alla sua disponibilità. Puoi scegliere se frequentare la lezione da solo o in compagnia.

ACADEMIC COURSES

Find out what you are capable of! Our disciplines are open to everyone, without limits of age or physical preparation.

Clothing: tracksuit or leggings for the first part of the class, top and shorts/culottes for the pole part. In the winter months, foot warmers or heavy socks and back warmers.

PILATES

This free body discipline combines strength, resistance, flexibility and balance in a workout dedicated to each part of the body. The class does not include the use of machines, but free body exercises with tools such as fitball stick, elastic bands, ring.

The class is 60 minutes long. What to wear: sweats or leggings, t-shirt or tank top. Also bring a towel, water and your own mat.

CALISTHENICS

An hour of functional training with the study of elements from acrobatics and artistic gymnastics. Use of various tools including the pole and rings and study of some pole dance strength figures, such as the infamous flag.

What to wear: T-shirt and shorts. Also bring a towel, water and your own mat.

ENTRY COURSES

The entry courses do not follow a specific program, so they can be attended more freely.

Exotic Pole

Exotic Pole explores the sensual side of pole dance, through the use of heels. More than difficult elements on the pole, here the female plastic, flexibility, and the expression of emotions of the body are very important. The duration of the lesson is 60 minutes. After the warm-up, the study of a choreography and acrobatic elements of floorwork is planned.

What to wear: Pole dancing outfit, knee pads and of course a pair of high heels!

Pole Conditioning

Pole Conditioning is a 60-minute class of free body, pole and equipment strengthening. Exercises will be performed to strengthen the main muscles used in pole dancing, learning to perfectly understand levers and tractions. The course is mixed level.

What to wear: T-shirt/sports top and shorts/leggings.

Sneakers are optional.

Flexibility

Class dedicated to intensive stretching and achieving flexibility in the legs, back and shoulders, elements necessary to advance in pole dance.                        

A flexible body is essential for performing pole tricks and for this reason it is useful for all pole dancers to practice a lot of stretching. During the 60-minute lesson, free body exercises and with the use of equipment will be proposed, to bring your body to the achievement of goals such as the split, bridge, needlescale…

The class can also be attended by those who do not practice pole dancing.

Practice Time

Do you have a show coming up and you don’t feel prepared? Or are you in the mood for a little extra training? Still Pole offers you the opportunity to train alone or with friends in complete autonomy! Attention! The teacher will be present, but will not follow you during the training, so it is important that the figures you try are known to you and not dangerous, as there is no assistance.

PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS

If you are unable to attend group lessons because your schedule does not match our courses or you prefer an individual path, SPDS organizes private and semi-private lessons for all courses. You can make arrangements directly with the teacher based on your and his/her availability. You can choose whether to attend the lesson alone or in company.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

SPDS also offers a competitive program to best prepare athletes for various competitions, from Regionals to World Championships.

Over the years the studio has achieved several results in some of the most important Pole Dance competitions in Italy.

If you are also a competitive athlete or want to approach the world of competitions for the first time, ask the secretary how the preparation works.
